Non-custodial wallet for AI agents · Built on Base

Your AI. Your keys. Your approval.

Your agent gets its own wallet with the policy you define. Routine payments run on an allowance; anything unusual waits for your tap. On-chain, self-custodied, final.

// How It Works

Your agent asks. You approve.

The AI proposes a payment inside its allowance. Qoi scores the risk. You review and sign. Responsibility stays with you, execution stays on-chain.

Under the hood, Qoi is an MCP server your agent calls like any other tool, with x402 support for pay-per-use APIs. It works with Claude, ChatGPT agents and anything else that speaks MCP.

  1. Agent asks. Your AI hits a payment inside its task and requests it over MCP.
  2. QOI evaluates. Policy checks and a live risk score, decided in milliseconds.
  3. You approve. One tap on your phone when a payment needs you. The rest runs itself.

Hard limits. Full receipts.

01

A Wallet of Its Own

Your agent gets a non-custodial wallet with the allowance you set: daily, weekly or monthly. Limits are enforced before any payment moves.

02

Risk-scored, Every Time

Beyond the allowance, every payment is analysed: counterparty, amount, spending pattern. It reaches you with a score, not a guess.

03

A Receipt for Everything

Approvals, declines and payments land in one exportable history. Your agent runs on its own inside the allowance, and every decision stays on the record.

04

Self-custody Always

Your private keys never leave your control. Qoi can propose and prepare, but only you can sign.

// FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers.

Where do my funds live?
In a wallet only you control, with keys on your device. Qoi is the governance layer on top: allowances, risk scoring and approvals. We never hold, route or touch your money.
Which chain does Qoi settle on?
Base, an Ethereum layer 2. Fast and cheap to transact, and every payment is publicly auditable.
Can my agent overspend?
No. The daily, weekly or monthly allowance is enforced before a payment moves. Outside the allowance, nothing happens without your tap.
What if I miss an approval request?
The payment simply doesn't execute. Requests expire on their own and your agent gets a polite no. Nothing moves while you're away.
How does my AI connect to Qoi?
Over MCP: your agent calls Qoi like any other tool, with x402 for pay-per-use resources. Install Qoi Guard for macOS (.dmg) to pair your agent, and approve payments from the app on your phone.
What about regulation?
Qoi Pond Ltd is a UK-registered company and we build with future compliance in mind: clear records of every approval, exportable history, and an architecture designed to meet crypto and AI regulation as it lands.
What does it cost?
Free during the alpha. Pricing comes later, and it will be published before it applies to anyone.
What happens to my email address?
It goes on one list: early-access invites. No marketing blasts, no resale, and you can ask us to delete it any time. The details live in our privacy policy.

Be first in line.

The macOS alpha is live and invites roll out in waves. Leave your email to get yours.

No spam. One email when your invite is ready. Handled as described in the privacy policy.
